How many agents can I manage on one PropCRM account?

PropCRM scales from solo agents to brokerages with 100+ agents on a single account. Our Agency plan supports up to 25 agents and our Enterprise plan is designed for large brokerages with unlimited agents. Every plan includes manager-level dashboard access, team reporting, and agent performance tracking at no additional cost.

Can I set up custom commission structures for different agents?

Yes. PropCRM supports fully customizable commission structures per agent, per transaction type, and per property category. You can configure flat percentage commissions, tiered structures based on deal volume, and split commissions for co-brokered transactions. Calculations run automatically on deal closure and appear in each agent's earnings dashboard.

Can I restrict what each agent can see in PropCRM?

Yes. PropCRM includes role-based access control so managers can define exactly what each agent can see and do. Agents can be restricted to seeing only their own leads and deals; senior agents and team leads can be granted team-wide pipeline views. Managers have full visibility across all agents and can monitor any agent's activity in real time.

Does PropCRM integrate with UAE payroll or accounting software?

PropCRM exports commission reports in PDF and Excel formats compatible with every major UAE accounting package. We also offer a Zapier integration that can push commission data to your accounting tool automatically. A direct Xero integration is on our roadmap for later this year.
