We collect information you provide directly to us — for example when you create an account, request a demo, subscribe to our newsletter, or contact us. This may include your name, email, phone number, company name, and role.

We also collect information automatically when you use the PropCRM website or application, including IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed, and timestamps. We use cookies and similar technologies for these purposes.

We use personal data to provide, maintain, and improve our services; to communicate with you; to process transactions; to send important service notifications and marketing communications (with your consent where required); and to comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use customer data to train shared AI models.

We share information with service providers who perform services on our behalf — such as cloud hosting, analytics, payment processing, and customer support — under strict confidentiality and data-protection agreements.

We may also share information when required by law, to enforce our terms, to protect rights, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal data, including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest, granular access controls, audit logging, and regular security reviews.

No system is 100% secure. If you suspect unauthorised activity on your account, contact security@propcrm.com immediately.

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide the services and for legitimate business purposes such as financial recordkeeping. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data; restrict or object to certain processing; and withdraw consent at any time.

PropCRM uses essential cookies (for authentication and security), analytics cookies (to understand product usage), and marketing cookies (only with your consent).

You can manage cookie preferences via your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies will affect site functionality.

Customers acting as Data Controllers can request a signed Data Processing Addendum (DPA) at any time by contacting privacy@propcrm.com. Our DPA includes the Standard Contractual Clauses and a Sub-processor list.

PropCRM hosts data in the UAE by default. Enterprise customers can opt into EU or US data residency. International transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
