What is PropCRM?

PropCRM is a real estate CRM built for Dubai and the UAE. It brings lead capture, WhatsApp messaging, email tracking, listings, and the off-plan projects database together so that agents and brokerages can work from one place.

Who is PropCRM for?

Independent agents, growing brokerages, large franchises, and developers. The Standard plan suits small teams; Pro adds WhatsApp, automation, and contracts; Enterprise covers HR, accounts, and white-label needs.

Can I use PropCRM on mobile?

Yes. PropCRM is fully responsive on iOS, Android, and the web. Agents can manage leads, listings, viewings, and conversations from the field.

Integrations

Which UAE property portals do you integrate with?

We have direct API integrations with Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle. Leads from all three portals are captured and routed in real time, with no manual entry.

Does PropCRM support WhatsApp automation?

Yes. PropCRM connects to the WhatsApp Business API so you can send templated broadcasts, schedule viewing reminders, and run drip sequences from inside the CRM.

Do you connect to Facebook and Instagram Lead Ads?

Yes — native integrations with Facebook and Instagram Lead Ads, plus Zapier for over 5,000 other apps. New leads sync to PropCRM instantly.

Can PropCRM track when a client opens my email?

Pricing & billing

Do you offer a free plan?

Yes. The Free plan supports up to five agents, 10 listings per agent, and 500 leads per month — at no cost, with no credit card required. It's free forever. If you need more, every paid plan includes a 14-day free trial before the first charge.

Can I switch plans at any time?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from the billing dashboard whenever you like. Changes take effect immediately, with any billing difference prorated against your current cycle.

Are Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle integrations included?

Property Finder and Bayut sync are included on every plan, including Free. The Dubizzle integration is included on Pro, Agency, and Enterprise.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your data is yours. After cancellation you have thirty days to export every lead, contact, listing, and conversation before anything is removed from our servers.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards, plus bank transfer and invoiced billing on annual and Enterprise plans.

Off-plan & UAE specifics

Does PropCRM have an off-plan database?

Yes. The UAE off-plan projects database covers developments in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah — with developer profiles, payment plans, launch updates, and ROI projections.

Can I use PropCRM for rentals as well as sales?

Yes. Pro and Enterprise plans include rental contract templates, AML checks, and conveyancing support alongside the standard sales pipeline.

Security & support

How is my data protected?

Customer data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with role-based access, audit logs, and periodic third-party security reviews. Daily backups are retained for 30 days.

What kind of support do you provide?

Standard plans include email support. Pro plans add priority response. Enterprise customers receive a dedicated account manager and 24/7 phone support.

How long does onboarding take?

Most teams are fully migrated within five business days. Onboarding includes data import, portal integration, and a live training session for your agents.
