Terms of Service

To use PropCRM, you must register for an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to use PropCRM.

PropCRM is offered on a per-user subscription basis. Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated.

We may modify pricing on at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of PropCRM after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

You agree not to use PropCRM to send spam, infringe intellectual property, violate applicable law, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts, systems, or networks.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.

You retain all rights to data you submit to PropCRM ('Customer Data'). You grant us the limited rights necessary to provide and improve the services.

You are responsible for the legality of Customer Data and for any required consents to process personal data through PropCRM.

PropCRM and its underlying software, designs, and content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited license to use the services, we reserve all rights.

PropCRM targets 99.9% monthly uptime. Service credits are available to Enterprise customers under a separate SLA. We may perform planned maintenance with reasonable notice.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We may terminate or suspend access immediately if you materially breach these Terms or if continued provision could expose us to legal liability.

PropCRM is provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind, except as expressly set out in these Terms. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PropCRM's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Neither party will be liable for indirect, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). The DIFC courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising under these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
